X-treeme (9-12th grades)

 

Are you ready for an unforgettable mission trip experience? Are you ready to be stretched, to create new friendships, and to encounter God in new ways? We invite you to consider an X-treeme Impact Trip this summer!

To apply for a trip, please review and complete the Team Covenant, Team Member Policy, Online Application, and review the other expectations as outlined below:

 

 

Discipleship Adventure:
Baraboo, Wisconsin

For students currently in 9th grade

Level = Make/Mature

  • Willing to have fun. Enjoy being outdoors.
  • Participate in Rummage Sale (April 19-25, 2020)
  • Attend one prep/information meeting (*See trip leader regarding team prep schedule & trainings).
  • Enjoy a Team dinner (just students) - dates coming soon.
  • Complete Online Trip Application
  • Sign and affirm Impact Trip Covenant
  • NO INTERVIEW NEEDED

 

This adventure trip is for students to be encouraged, equipped and challenged to know Jesus’ love through his gospel, learn leadership skills and understand our X-treeme Discipleship strategy.

Also, you will grow in your friendships and have some incredible FUN!

All this happens as we camp, participate in rock climbing, serve together, and experience other adventures. (Trip not tax-deductible).

Trip Dates: July 18-23, 2020

Initial payment: $25 due w/application

Additional amount due:
     >> $250 per person due by May 17, 2020

Type of Trip: SAME CULTURE

Team Size:  20 students, 4-5 adults

 

 

Lead the Cause:
Washington, DC

For students currently in 10-12th gr.

Level = Mature/Multiply

  • Active in X-treeme (X-Night, Sunday School and/or Discipleship Group)
  • Confess a personal faith in Jesus Christ
  • Previous trip experience helpful but not required
  • Participate in Rummage Sale, April 19-25, 2020
  • Complete Online application
  • Sign and affirm Impact Trip covenant
  • Attend all team prep meetings*
    (*See trip leader regarding team prep schedule & trainings).
  • Attend the Orientation meeting for students applying for the trip) more details coming soon.
  • Bring $50-70 spending money (mostly travel meals)

 

Lead the Cause is a summer teen evangelism training event that helps build students into passionate disciples who are reaching their world with the gospel.

Students spend the week praying, learning and strategically planning  to reach their community for Jesus Christ.

The youth experience:

  • Deep Prayer – interceding for their lost friends
  • Faith Sharing – outreach opportunities to share the gospel
  • Vision Planning – conspiring together to reach their community for Christ

Additional Details:

  • Trip Dates: July 27 - August 1, 2020
  • Initial payment: $25 due w/application by Sunday, January 12, 2020
  • Additional amount due: $325 per person due by May 17, 2020
  • Type of Trip: SAME CULTURE
  • 14 students, 3 adults
  • Report Back Sunday - August 30, 2020

 

 

NEXT STEP:
Sumpango, Guatemala

For students currently in 11-12th gr.

Level = Mature/Multiply

  • Active in X-treeme (X Night, Sunday School and/or Discipleship Group)
  • Confess a personal faith in Jesus
  • Previous trip experience helpful but not required.
  • Participate in Rummage Sale, April 19-25, 2020
  • Complete Online application
  • Sign and affirm Impact Trip covenant
  • Attend all team prep meetings*
    (*See trip leader regarding team prep schedule & trainings)
  • Attend the Orientation meeting for all student applicants
  • INTERVIEW REQUIRED

 

Next Step is excited to work alongside Betty and Busca A Dios as we build and expand their church building, serve at a local HIV orphanage and construct home additions for overcrowded families.

         >> $450 per person due by March 22, 2020

  • 12 + students, 4 adults
  • Report Back Sunday - August 30, 2020
 
Royal Family Kids Camp (RFKC)

 

 As an ‘extra’ opportunity to serve Jesus, we want to let you know about Royal Family Kids Camp coming soon in July 2020.

 

You would be able to work in the kitchen, crafts, waterfront and more. Training is provided and there is very little cost.
