SUMMER Sunday worship @ 10:00 am
(Memorial Day, May 26 - Labor Day, September 1)
Are you going through a difficult time? Do you need encouragement and support? Trained lay ministers from our church are here for you!
They provide man-to-man or woman-to-woman care for those who are experiencing life's normal spiritual or emotional difficulties such as grief and loss, illness, marriage challenges, job situations, unexpected pregnancies, life transitions, and many other challenges.
These compassionate people are supportive, encouraging and are very beneficial for anyone -- inside or outside our church. Please send an email to email@example.com.
You are not meant to walk alone as you deal during painful times and we are here to walk beside you.
Beginning in the Fall of 2019 we will be offering a comprehensive training tailored to anyone involved in a caring type of ministry or work position. Training opportunities will begin this fall on Wednesdays from September 4 - December 18, 2019 in Room 304 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm.
This training would benefit anyone who cares for others including parents, teachers, health-care workers, community agencies, or other professionals who work one-on-one with others.
**This training is required for those who are interested in becoming a Stephen Minister.**
In this training you will learn:
There is a $50 fee for materials to pay when you register.*
