Membership seminars play a critical role in the process of becoming a member at Midland Free. As the church body grows, so does the value of membership. Membership signifies a willingness to commit to a specific body of believers and a willingness to support that body by giving your gifts of money and using your talents for service.

Steps to Joining Midland Free

  1. Attend the Membership Seminar.
  2. Complete a membership application.
  3. Interview with a few Elders.
  4. Formal acceptance into membership through a called business meeting.

Because of the value Midland Free places on membership, seminars are offered several times each year. Information provided in the seminar includes:

  • Significance and process of membership
  • Stewardship
  • Service
  • Doctrine
  • Midland Free's constitution, bylaws, purpose, core values, and Pastoral Team

Sunday Afternoons, 12:30 - 2:00 pm, Lunch provided.
Large Conference Room (located in the Ministry Offices - enter through the east doors near the flagpoles).
