Responsibilities

• Use only the room and resources reserved to you.
• Each group is responsible to set up its own chairs, tables, etc.
• Each group is responsible for returning all chairs, tables, equipment, etc. to its original place.
• Rooms need to be returned to the state in which they are found. This includes removal of trash and food from the room(s) used.
• Each group is responsible for completing and returning the Room Clean-up Checklist after the event to mailbox 619.
• Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by two adults at all times if not with their parents.
• Each group is responsible for contacting the Events Coordinator if the event is canceled.
• Saturday Events end no later than 8:00 pm. Room needs to be reset for Sunday morning.

Event marketing is available for Midland Free ministries only. All church-wide communication must be approved by Communications Department prior to publication or distribution.

A fee for non-Midland Free events is charged for use of the Technical Team.
